Default Help with tire choice!

I plan on installing a 2.5" Teraflex coil lift, Teraflex SS, Teraflex front adj. track bar. Now that I have my suspension covered I am looking for a tire choice in 35" range. I currently go to school in Macon, Ga and live in Sandy Springs, Ga. I am looking for a tire that will excel in my terrain. My choices that I am looking at are Goodyear Wrangler MT/R with Kevlar and Goodyear Wrangler Durtracs. I read a thread virtually asking this question, but since I don't know a lot about the MT/R I would like to hear you choice and reason. Thanks for any help

Duratracs have my vote
They have done really well in GA trails so far!

Choosing between the two of those great tires depends on your trail difficulty i think. If you take mild trails on and hit the road a lot go with the duratracs. If you could care less about the road manners and want an all out tire off road go with the MTRKs.

I would definitely go with the MTR Kevlar, but thats just me

I have 50k on my MTR Kevs and they still have plenty of tread. That is my choice.

These tires will be for my DD, how do the MT/R's handle on the road?

I choose Duratracs for their all season useability. Ice and snow as well as rain.
The sipes make a world of difference.

I voted for the duratracs. But seeing that you live in GA, you might be happy with the MT/R if you tackle the trails there due to the clay. If you are looking for a daily driver tire that does extremely well all around, go for the duratrac.
