Default help with tire install

so I got my new duratracs on 17" method standards this morning. Brian at discounttiredirect was awesome. putting on the 1st one and the wheel doesn't sit flush against the hub. is it because of the little tabs on the studs. only 2 were on when I took the stock tire off.

Take the little tabs off you do not need them. They are meant to keep the rotor in place at the factory so they don't come of and hit someone in the head before they install the calipers.

Yeah, you need to take those tabs off! They are there just for production to hold the calipers on. Stock wheels are machined to fit over them, but for new wheels they need to be off.
