Default Help - what is this on my drag link?

Not sure what these brackets are for on my drag link but they are destroying my steering stabilizer every time I wheel. Can I take these off? Guessing they're something left over from when I had my 4" lift installed.

That's the adjustment clamp. You can rotate it out of the way but it will move your steering wheel slightly. It looks like your stabilizer is moved in the way instead of being on the passenger side where it usually is.

That is the adjustment collar for your draglink and you cannot remove it. It is used to re-center your steering wheel.

How did you get your steering stabilizer on that side anyway?

It's a dual one.

i have the same issue...i rotated the center bracket back further and it helped a little. It looks like on yours the right part of the mounting point may need to be rotated back to help a little..

If I just remove the right part of a dual stabilizer, will it still work? I've heard a dual is overkill anyway unless you're running like 40s. Might be the easiest fix if it won't make much of a difference...

You can loosen the bolts on those clamps and turn just the clamp so the nut end is pointing up and it will clear your stabilizer. I run a rough country x single stabilizer and had the same problem because of it being relocated like your looks to be and just turned the clamps enough to clear . They will still clamp down on the adjuster tight enough to keep it from turning.

One stabilizer is plenty. I would get rid of the smashed one.
