Help with winch install

I have a few extra parts not sure what they are for. Anyone know? Thanks!

Looks like they're bolts for a fairlead that attaches to the base of the winch, plus plugs to protect the bolts or for a cleaner look.

those bolts are too small and don't have nuts to attach. I used the bigger ones. Yeah that's my guess as well ill give it a try thanks
