Default Help: ESP,ABS and traction control lights on!

Tonight on my way home, I hit a bump with the right front tire and my traction control, esp light and abs lights came on. I got back last weekend from a couple days off very easy off roading with no problems. I installed the esp "fun switch" over a year ago with no problems. I checked the switch tonight and it seems to work fine as it dings when I shut it off and the lights stay on. I also installed a Rough Country 2.5" lift with 1" spacer sin the front over three weeks ago. I checked the code and it comes back P2503. I have had the battery light come on twice in two years, but I tested the battery a couple weeks ago and it came back ok. I have a 2007 w 285/75/16 tires.

Just got back from a ride and was able to switch the traction control off w the esp switch but the esp light stays on. Also, my steering wheel appears to be straight.

If the sensor goes bad, the lights will stay on. Mine has been at the stealer for a week with ABS issues

Take it to an advanced auto or auto zone, they will check the codes for free

To the outlet mall pusher; you're in the wrong forum...you need to be in the vacuum cleaner salesman forum.

For this problem with the ABS, I would say a sensor is bad and the dealer can find it f you can't. There's several sensors that affect this including the yaw sensor under the console. They can pull up a deep code that doesn't show up on the dash it seems.

I had a similar issue. My ESP/ ABS warning came on after taking an off ramp a little faster than usual. I have taken other off ramps that quick without a problem. Don't know what was different about this one. The light re set itself. But now it seems a little more sensitive. I see the esp light pop up on off ramps. Once in a while.

So here is how it went. I had the JK in for a tire rotation on Friday. Founf out that the right front bearing was going bad but not real bad yet. They said if there was enough play in the bearing, it could throw off the warning lights. So with ttat said, I replaced the hub and bearing (came with a sensor) in the driveway tonight. Took if for a ride and all is good.
