Default HELP!How to adjust the steering stops?

As I upgraded my tires to 37", My jeep is now have a issue that front tires hit the frame rail when I do a full steering turn. By the way, I already read some of the posts regarding this issue. I think to adjust the steering stops would be way to solve this problem. Also, I am going to change my current AEV +10mm wheels to a set of -6mm wheels, will the 16mm space given by the new wheels solve the problem too?
