Default hemi JK transmisson problems

I posted this over at JKO but figured Id see if anyone here had an idea. This jeep has the 5.7 hemi and RFE transmission. It feels like it dose not have 3rd gear under WOT. Attached is a video of the 0-100mph run. the 1st-2nd gears are great then it falls on its face. Pictures of the TCU-ECU, tranny tag and harness are attached. Im trying to figure out what year the transmission is and what year the PCM is.

I may be wrong but I think gears would help that.

I'm pretty sure my 3.8 with 37s and stock 4.10s can beat that to 100mph. It seems like it is limiting the RPMs around 3500-4000. I hope you got some sort of warranty on the parts.
