hi alll..i did some research in the archives about painting my jeep with herculiner, but when i started to remove the carpet, i found 2 patches of black tape covering almost rectangular cut outs on the interior of the jeep..i pulled the tape back and the hole was filled with foam..is this on everyone's jeep? or do i have big moths in maryland? and do i just paint over the tape with the herculiner?
