Default Hi-lift rack on a stock bumber

Do you think it's possible to fix this Hi-lift rack on a rear stock bumber?

Is there metal inside the plastic? A hi-lift is not heavy...

Everyone told me i'd rip it off. I've drug and smacked it around with no "ripping off" plenty of times. I cut the plastic out and bolted the same brackets to the crossmember

Looks like the lifting point would be in the way of the tailgate.
