Default High clearance steering

Are there any options out there to raise the tie rod above the knuckle yet?

If you want the Tie rod too, then you'll have to wait. I know of none. I was waiting for Teraflex to come out with one, but I gave up and bought the Off Road Only U-Turn tie rod

I guess they call it the Tru-Turn on the JK. But it's on the front page of their site. It says Because Tie Rods should be straight.

ORO (Off Road Only) is getting ready to release the TRU-Turn. It is for the JK. I just talked to them today and they are going to give me a call after the final testing. This might be just what you want. It is under $400 and may be released in two weeks.

It's already out as it's sitting in my front room right now.

How safely do you think a drag-link arm could be welded on to the driver side knuckle? I'm fine with the tie-rod arms staying where they are and just bolting the tie-rod to the top of the stock arms. The problem then becomes that the nut and stud sticking through the drag-link arm then get in the way of the tie-rod.

Default tie rod

I have the Off Road Only tie rod and SS relocator kit. It raises the tie rod up about 1" and the new tie rod is alot bigger and tougher than the factory one. A big plus is that the SS is tucked up and out of the way. I really like the setup and so far it has held up great.
