I'm supposed to be getting a 48" for Christmas, planning on keeping it under the rear seat. I'll eventually get a rear bumper that I can mount it on.

Should work fine on a 2 door also. I went on the website to double check and nothing was mentioned about 4 dr only.

Used a River Raider mount (mounted high) and then JeepSwag accessory bar for the Shovel and Axe

Sorry did not notice at first you have a 2 door. But i think they have a version for the 2 door coming out...

I have mine on the hood. Doesn't wobble and no one can reach it with the lift.
