On my bumpstop i added in it caught in the trackbar bracket bolt. Id check that for the hell of it.

That's the driver side which does not sound like its coming from.... It was just easier to take the picture on that side.

The passenger side if the JK is heavier. That's where the fuel tank sits. See if you hit it when at 1/4 tank or less.

That only looks like 3" or so. Springs. I'm going with a spring issue and that spring in the picture looks really bowed to me. Just the angle maybe? I have an RK 3.5" kit with that LOD bumper and 35" tire and it never thinks of hitting unless I'm flexed out bigtime. Or a shock that's bad/leaking internally. Those look like Bilstiens, I've not seen a bad one yet. But you can easily disconnect lower and check for resistance.

Mine rubbed the tire with my TF leveling kit. Everyone told me it was the gas tank as well.
