Default Hoist for Hard top

I made a hoist that allows me to move the top out of the way sort of like a shop cram. I've got to change out the straps an balance it.
The hard part was hitting the joists with the lag bolts.
Hotst $150, pipe bolts and elbows $50 plus a couple beers.

I have about $150 in it. Ceiling pulley is mounted through 4x6 post in metal framing brackets between joists in attic. The top hangs fine. Just tie off one corner to keep it from spinning when the wind blows. I did a write up on it back in November.
