Default Homemade Brake Line Extensions

Been searching and can not find the specific thread. Can someone point me to the thread for the homemade extensions. Hitting up Home Cheapo today and trying to figure out everything I need for them. Thanks

Well, I can answer your question more quickly than I can use JK-Forum's search engine to find those threads: You'll need two 4" mending brackets and the hardware (screws, nuts, washers) to reattach the original bracket to the mending bracket. Use the OEM screw to attach the mending bracket to the original hole in the wheel well. It'll look something like this when done ...

Thats the thread I was looking for. Bought some menders today and will put them on tomorrow. I shouldnt have to tweak the hardlines huh? Just bolt on new bracket then attach the stock bracket to it. Also did anyone do their fronts? Thanks

Other than pull down the hard lines as in the picture, no. They'll bend easily enough. Fronts: No, have never heard of anyone needing to relocate those for a small lift.

Nope. That one was pretty good, quite a few different ideas for it.

Here is the one that I posted in that thread. Fence Menders from the hardware store, with a double bend to get the lines back under the frame rail a bit. And then hit them with some leftover duplicolor.
