Default homemade license plate relocate bracket

hey guys. I want to make a license plate relocation bracket for my rear tire on my tire carrier. unfortunately my tire carrier blocks the last letter of my tag and that will probably get me in trouble here in Jersey. Give me some ideas and pics of any homemade kits! I will need to put a light and brake light somewhere because I want to remove my rugged ridge extended brake light all together. I have the bolts with led lights in them from my motorcycle that I can use so all i really need is the brake light. I know they sell kits but I don't want to spend 100 bucks on something so simple. show me what ya got!

I just installed the Delta LugLights. Not homemade, but only cost $39.

An idea for the brake light is to lower it so you can see it between the spokes if the rim. I've seen it fine with stock wheels and similar. If not I believe aev has a kit that u put little red lights in the spots of the open lugs

I just got a mounting plate, screwed it to the bumper and ran a light over.

I don't use the 3rd brakelight.
