Default Horrible steering with Skyjacker steering stabilizer

I just put on the skyjacker 2 inch spacer lift on my 08 rubi. I also put on the skyjacker steering stabilizer part #7003. The SS was put on because i will be getting bigger tires this summer so i figured kill 2 birds with one stone. The stock tires are on now. I took it for a spin after the install and there is so much play in the wheel i can barely drive. I don't know if its the SS. if so should i just put the stock SS on for now.

My SS was leaking so I took it off for a week while I waited for a new
one to come in. I really did not notice much difference. Take it off and
drive to see if there is a differnece.
I'm on my 3rd ProComp SS within one year, under warranty.
Had SkyJacker lift and now getting TeraFlex Full Flex 3" put on.

what do you mean by play in the wheel? Are you sure you didn't leave something loose? the little bit of lift can cause your steering to feel a little flighty and have a tiny bit of bumpsteer.
