Default Hosing down the interior

Long story short a few weeks I had the top down and doors off while an opportunity came to do some muddling. I was reluctant to do to it at first but of the urge led me to get dirty. Now a few weeks later I'm getting the chance to wash the inside. Pulled the plugs and all is well. Except for the passenger side. Water seems to be settling just below the plug but is draining slowly. However there is some sort of hose and plug under there and the plug is about half submerged. Anything to worry about before starting the Jeep back up? Thanks in advance.

Would that be a fuel line and maybe the plug for the fuel pump?

Any time a plug like the one you show comes in contact with water corrosion will begin. The more time without cleaning the more corrosion will build up. The more corrosion the more resistance. I'd take that thing apart and clean it with some type of electrical cleaner such as contact cleaner. Then a bit of electrolytic grease on both contacts.

My main concern was why it was not draining and just pooling on top of the fuel tank if that's what it was under there
