Default How to adjust rear adjustable track bar?

This may be a silly question but I am a novice. With a front adjustable trackbar, you have to turn the steering wheel to get the trackbar to align with the axlemount. How is this taken car of in the rear axle? Do you just push the axle to get the holes aligned after you've figured out how off the axle is?? A writeup on an adjustable rear trackbar would be awesome.

To center the axle under the vehicle all you have to do is push on the side of the jeep it will move very easy.

Not sure about how to do the rear, but check out these 2 write-ups. They might be able to provide some guidance.

You do not have to push that hard at all. you can almost do it with your finger.

Unfortunately I was under the jeep make sure the hole lined up and my drinking redneck brother was doing the pushing....lol.

Note: No offense intended by the drinking redneck part......I are one, but only after the wrenching/wheeling.

My trackbars were off for a few days while I pulled in and out of the garage (in a straight line) so the axle seem to self center. I used this as a starting point and turned (threaded) the heim joint until it the bolt slid into place. No pushing from side to side.
