how big of a wheel spacer do you need to fit 35x12.50 on stock rubicon 17in rims

I can't give details on the absolute minimum, I don't know. But I went with 1.5" spacers. It probably depends a lot on the lift size as well.
I went with a 4" lift.

The results look like this.

The lift and tires are fairly new and haven't been "exercised" yet. I do notice some very slight rubbing on the front lower plastic air dam when the wheels are turned and I hit some bumps, say backing out of the driveway.

I'm going to a 4x4 show tomorrow and they have an RTI ramp there. I'll give it a try and see where things rub. I have the Rubicon rock rails and I'm concerned about the back wheels rubbing. We'll see.
