Default how to check if your front inner C's are bent?

I have a D30 with 35's been on for over a year now and I want to gusset the inner C's. But I don't want to waste the money if there already bent (put that towards a PR44). Is there a good way to check if there already damage without getting an alignment?

Check the camber. Measure top of wheels and bottom of wheels. Compare and do math.

From memory, I believe the jk camber specs are -.6 to .1 degrees.... Any thing else would mean your C (or something else) is bent. Keep in mind that if your ball joints are bad they will give you incorrect camber as well, so don't automatically consider your C's
