How did you route your winch cable to your JK? Pictures would really help. Just trying to got some ideas.

No pictures but I ran my under my grill and up past the power steering tank. Along the pass side to the battery.

Same here. Just make sure that you check the path for any sharp edges. I've done what Sgt Mack did and have 45,000 trouble free miles on it. Check it every now and then and you'll be fine. The insulation on most of the winch cables is pretty thick and durable.

I ran mine the same way, up under the grill, down the passenger side to the battery.

Under the grill here..give it a test run first. My MileMarker winch cables barely made it to the battery..had me sweating there for a min.

Power wires, same as above post.
The remote cable I ran thru grille and thru hole in firewall and mounted switch in cab .
Just took switch out of remote and made a custom mount for some more switches.
Always ready to go.

I just did a writeup on this. Not sure how to include a link. Just go into Write-ups, called: Winch mounting; Solenoid under hood; Routing freakin wires.
