Default How far do 35s on 4.5" backspacing stick out?

Hi All,

My wife insists we put 35s on the Jeep (yes, I love here dearly), but I am wondering how far they stick out beyond the flares. I'm looking at 35's on a steel wheel with 4.5" back spacing.

Kinda hard to see, but these are 35's with 4.5" backspacing. They don't stick out too much.

Mine stick out a little, probably one to one and a half inches. I wanted them to stick out but not too much and think they look great. When I get home I will post a pic for you to see. Can't now.... at work......

I have the 35/12.50/17's with 4.5 backspacing.

Dang. Here in NH, the tires can not stick out beyond the flare. Hmmm...

i'd say your good to go, unless the cops there are just really that bored.

you could always get the standard xenons that are 1.6" wider than stock. here are the narrow versions...

i mean she did give you the green light for the 35's

This is with 4.63" backspacing on 35" Toyos. They stick out just enough to look good, but not enough to throw too much spray in the rain.
