Ordered mine on a LATE Wednesday afternoon...about 1/2 hour before the place closed--and hrough thier website which meant they didn't get it until Thursday............ but my kit was here the following Tuesday. One of members is a rep for them and was EXTREMELY helpful, as too were both peeps I talked to on the phone.

10 weeks+??????????????

I woulda called and cancelled & ordered elsewhere after the first 2 weeks or so.

Took me a few trips between the install bay and the warehouse. So I can't really blame anyone but myself. Guess I should of ran some?

Why did it take 3+ weeks to get hydro shocks shipped? Why havent you sent me a message back when I emailed your website? Why cant you tell me or the vendor what the shock lenghts are extended and compressed? If I am a paying customer, what does a potential customer get treated like?

You can see I am a little frustrated with the cold sholder I have gotten from Full Traction.

Not trying to start trouble on this awesome forum but people need to know customer service should be one of things you get what you pay for.
