Default How much...

Should I spend on this?

5.13 front and rear gears
ARB locker rear
compressor with air on demand
Aircraft toggle switches for the compressor and air locker... (already have these)

And what should I consider adding or modifying to this?

I won't be doing this myself.. I'll have it installed...

Right now I have a quote for $3K.

Thanks

all that installed for $3k?

Gear install parts and labor $1200 - $1500
ARB locker $900
Comperssor $250
Toggles/misc ???

I'd say that is a pretty good deal depending on what all is involved in the toggle setup

So its a good price?? That's great news.. The gears I think would be G-2.. left that bit out.

Toggle set up would be utilizing these to switch the compressor on/off, engaging the locker (rear), and then lights eventually..

I've gotten them for much cheaper than what is listed in the above link..

I'd place them over by my left knee, above the speaker, below the top of the dash. (if that gives you an idea)..

Ya I mean realy the prices I listed were retail parts and average labor. You could shop parts but if this is a package deal it isn't too bad. Just make sure you go to a reputable gear shop.... you think your lift issue was frustrating... just wait till your ARB blows up driving down the road.

Sounds like a decent price. My two cents would be if you are messing around anyhow might as well add a front locker too.

thats a good deal IMO, depending on compresor. I would see if they could do ARB front and rear and gears and labor all for 3500. If they will, I would just on it!

I ended up doing the front and rear lockers. ARB.

5.13's as well.

I'll let you all know how the end result turns out!

If you get the ARB compressor, just use the ARB rocker switches. They light up and are pretty cool.

I'll have to see the ARB switches when hey get here. Right now I was planning on using some discreet rocker switches over the drivers left knee speaker.

I'll have 3 rockers there, compressor, front, rear lockers.
I'll also have 3 flush type rockers on the drivers side window frame pillar to control my rear LOD bumper lights, my front IFA 968's and another to select my 240 Blitz lights.

Woot!
