Default How much difference does 1/4" in backspacing make

I have stock sahara wheels with 305/70r18's, 2.5" coil lift with 3/4" coil spacer up front and I rub my swaybar when stuffed and turning into it. I secure it with zip ties but bust them. They are not huge zip ties by any means, but I sure would like to not ever catch my swaybar. Actually thinking of going with 36" tires next. Is 4.5" inches enough for my problem? I would like to find a inexpensive 17" wheel with 4" of backspacing, anybody make an aluminum wheel thats not a beadlock with 4" of backspacing thats 17"? Also I have already adjusted my steering stops, but short of cutting my steering down to a unaceptable level don't know what to do.

Sorry I just noticed, I didn't include the part that I have 1.5" wheel spacers all ready.

I sure like those 36" Iroks, if I can get the proper backspacing. This seems to be my only clearance issue. Temped to go with 15" wheels with 3.75" backspacing. Just don't know if I will like the way it rides with 15" wheels, Not worried about looks I,m way past that.
