Default How much of a difference does drag link flip really make??

Looking at possibly adding a drag link flip kit to the jeep, however I'm not totally sold on it. Running 3.5"RK springs and a 1"BL. My on road ride is nothing to complain about so I don't really feel the need to change it. however i've heard the high steer will help in off camber offroad situations, this is what I'm most interested by.

So my question is how much does the drag link flip help offroad?

The drag link flip kit is designed to realign the drag link with the track bar as much as possible.
This greatly reduces bump steer (the tendency for the steering to jerk to one side when you hit a bump) by reducing the coupling of vertical and horizontal movement between the suspension and the steering. The taller your lift, the worse the problem.

If you hit a bump on or off road it will reduce bump steer. The improvement can be noticeable when driving (not inching) down a trail, but it won't be as noticeable while crawling.

the kits i'm looking at also raise the roll center by a few inches. from my understanding this will make the jeep more stable while off camber. Is this correct or no?

Ive got the flip kit from Teraflex, I honestly cant see where it has much effect. They say it is for lifts over 4". I have the 4" Teraflex lift so maybe I didn't need it but I've got it. I've got hydro assist coming for it also so hopefully that also helps.
