The bumper is 72"x12" and 38lbs. I pulled mine off last year and shipped it to another forum member and I saved the specs.

Thank you all for the input. Looks like I need a little suspension work. All in all I will be adding 150#-190# depending on which bumper so stiffer springs on the front at least. Added 190# to the front today and it dropped the nose 1" so I can stick to springs only or a 2" lift. Thanks again
