how much settling-- long term OME hd
for those that are running the HD version of the OME kit, how much has it settled over time.
if you have pics of ''just installed'' versus '' a year later'' i would like to see 'em.
my plans are for 35's and this kit, and knowing that it gives more than just 2 inches appeals to me.
it's a daily driver ,but will also be used for what a Jeep is for.
thanks in advance.

Hasn't been long enough for me to give you a "long term" but in the last couple months it hasn't moved. From what i understand they shouldn't settle at all so far that's what i'm seeing.

Mine hasn't settled but maybe 1/4 to 3/8" since installation in late May with 55 miles.
Pic right after lift/bumper/winch installation
Pic about a month ago, with sliders, recovery gear, Powertanks, KCs and some other stuff added.
Initially the Jeep was about 40.75" from fender lip to pavement all around except for the driver's rear at about 40.5".

Ride is excellent but can't say for certain that it's all OME as i changed a lot of stuff at the same time: uppers, lowers, track bar and discos. 80MPH is solid, offroad is solid a little tight at times on packed dirt but letting some air out fixes that.

No pics, but I do keep measurement records as I mod my Jeep. My OME has been on for almost 1 year now and it has settled exactly 1/4" in the rear, 3/8" in the front.

Got about 6 months on mine with heavy bumper and winch. I have not kept records, but I dont "see" any more sag now than I did a week after install. I do recommend the OME lift (springs/shocks). If you get track bars go JKS instead of FT.

I've had mine on since February.
When it went on, I was still stock front bumper and stock 32" Rubi tire on rear. Got far more than 2 inches when on...closer to 3.5" on the rear and a little less than 4 inches in the front...it no longer had a rake at all after install.
9 months later...with heavier steel stubby and skid plate in front, and 35" sitting on the rear...I have dropped maybe 1/4" or so in the rear and maybe 1/2" tops in the front.
