Default How much will a lift settle?

I am half way done installing a 3" FT ultimate kit with HD springs. Well it has lifted the front of the Jeep about 5 inches. I know I have read about this before but I couldn't find it. Could give me some info?

Actually, not a whole lot. Even after a year, Rubimon's 2-Door JK still sits taller than my 4-Door did and by the looks of it, by at least an inch. For some reason or another, the 2-Doors look like they get 4"-5" of lift out of this kit.

EDIT, by the looks of your avatar, I'm gonna guess you have a 4-door. When all is said and done, you should still be sitting in the high 3" to low 4" range.

Thats funny. I was told by full traction that the hd springs wouldn't raise the front more than 3 inches period. They said anything over 4 and your driveshaft would hit the crossmember and or exhaust cross pipe. I am setting around 4 inches in the front and 3 inch the rear right now and it hasn't settled any.

I do have a 4 door Rubi, I meant to put that in their.

I will post the final height when I finish.

I forgot to measure my height before I started. If I remember right I was 36 in the front and 36 3/4 in the rear. Does this sound right?

Thanks
