how to remove transfer case shifter

I have been searching and cant find how to... My jeep is getting Line X'ed this weekend and am getting it stripped out tonight and tomorrow
anyone point me in the right direction in write ups

just the knob on top so i can take out the center consul

Put it in 4 LO and pull like hell

Put it 4-LO wrap a towel around the knob and twist it tight, put on a helmet and mouthguard and yank that mofo hard!
