For the most part everyone on here that has one of their kits seems to be happy with their experience. I've been on here for 4yrs and have seen very few negative comments about their stuff and none that I can remember saying anything bad as far as customer service.

I'm looking at the 3.25" basic vs the advanced kits. Neither come with new bump stops or sway bar links. What's the deal? Are they not needed? Looks like quality stuff though.

Kit comes with springs, shocks, trackbars, brake line extention brackets. You will also want to get a steering stabilizer. Not sure why kit doesn't have bumpstops included but it needs them. Also would be good to at least get their adjustable lower control arms but you can probably get by without them for awhile

3.25 KIT is good to go. I did add extended rear links and fab'd some brake line drop brackets. Don't require bump stops unless you go to a 37.
