Default How STRONG is this HighRock 4x4 RACK

The fact that this "clips" to the Jeep instead of bolts makes me wonder. But then again... So as the question states, but more specifically: How durable do you think this rack is on the road, on the highway, and when 4-wheeling with a 33" spare attached to the top?

I wouldn't put a spare up there at all. There's no cross members for strength and it's only clipped to the Jeep. At first look I thought it was drilled into the tub and I thought if you added some cross members it might be pretty strong (think 150-200lbs max) but the way it comes I wouldn't feel safe putting anything really heavy up there.

That's exactly what I figured too. Perhaps I'll just fabricate something up. Hmm... Ideas?
