Default how to torque the front upper shock nuts?

I'm putting new RK RRD shocks on and was wondering how to torque the front upper nuts. I know they require 20 ft/lb but there's no way you can fit a socket and a torque wrench in there. I don't want to overtightening it and damage the bushings

Tighten them till the bushing crushes slightly. Just use a wrench.

Just snug them down pretty good. Don't smash the bushing and check on them after a few days. If you tighten them enough the bushing will put enough resistance on the nut to keep it from backing off.
