Default How would you spend $900?

Today when I picked up some accessories from the dealer that I had bought when purchasing my JK I decided to return a few. I returned the mopar "upgraded rock rail and freedom hard top rack(attaches to spare tire).
I have $900 to spend on the Jeep now before it is blown or found by wife

That money was already approved to be spent on the Jeep, but she might not see it that way.

I'm thinking
TF 2.5 BB($225) and 3/4" sky jacker in the front,
Cargo Master Roof Rack Base($399),(kayak transport, will get cage later
superlift winch ($300)

If you were to spend it anyway today, how would it be?

I would def. get a winch and bumper if you can do it with $900. If not just fit the winch in th estock bumper. Lift would be good but you will need tires to complement it or its gonna look funny. Good luck!

Talking

I'd also look at Rock rails, skid plates, BL, TF BB (BB = Coil spacers, so the skyjacker would give you 2 front coils spacers, redundant...)...the 1" BL gives the same tire room as the BB under stuffage.

Add to the above A tire upgrade/wheel spacers, a locker, etc.

I am also taking donations at this time; I can send you pay my pal addy. I think this is the smartest route to take! I will take pictures of the mods “bumper/winch” your donation paid for; this way you can see your donation in action, and hide the fact that you came into a windfall from the wifey. If I can assist you in arranging payment just hit me up with a PM…

I personally would go with skid plates and winch. The engine REALLY needs it.

i like the winch and kayak rack... then the 3/4" spacer - I have to agree that w/o tires the lift will not look so good.

then 225$ for a 12 pack of dewar's (the original budget boost)

well depends on what you do with your jeep? If on the rocks protection is a must...

I see you have bumpers already. I would go with a winch if your mopar bumper is the winch ready version. No matter what kind of wheeling you do a winch a is a nice piece of mind. THen buy a tree saver and D-rings.

Take the extra money, put it in a coffee can and bury it in the backyard ASAP or you will have some new towels for the guest bathroom
