I been running 37' for 5000 miles now and before I had 35' for about 7000 miles, so far so good, I have the evo gussets, I want to get the magnum sleves so I can put the RCV axles and a locker later on. I don't drive all crazy and I take care of my jeep but I do use it on the trails. So far Im happy with my setup and the D30.

Good to hear, good to hear.
I may be re-gearing in the near future...maybe...and this is good news!
I don't beat on my JK because it needs to get me to work!

I have been running 35's on my D30 for 10k miles and everything is good so far, this includes about 10 times out wheeling. I don't do anything crazy though, just mainly trails and I don't gun it everywhere. I am subscribed to this thread though, I am looking at maybe going to 37's next on my d30. Is it worth reinforcing the the D30? I see everyone adding c-gussets, what do these do for the D30?? Thanks in advance
