stick with the M-force. Can't remember where I got my kit from but quadratec.com, 4wd.com, northridge4x4.com are all good ones.

Not really as they all do what you need them to but the type of joints they have will make a difference as to how long they last, how much they squeak or not and how much they bind or not.

The smaller the wheel and the taller the tire = the more sidewall flex you will have on the trail. Maybe no big deal for most circumstances but in some circumstances like off camber situations, sidewall flexing can make your Jeep feel unstable. At 35's, I personally prefer the 17" wheels that I have now on my JK over the 15" wheels that I have on my TJ. There definitely is a noticable difference.

Ok, so looking at quadratec right now. for a 3" FT econo, a front track, i am looking at about $1000 shipped, for another 3 could go premium and add arms.
No offense guys, but this is my first jeep and my daily driver for a college kid, who will wheel in the summer a few days a month. just seems like overkill to me.
With that said i am not against building a kit slowly... i am thinking perhaps option 1 from the first page may be the way i want to go to start, give it some time and maybe down the road upgrade. the bb w/o shocks is only like $175 and a lil more for adapters. and the M-force shocks i could still use if i upgrade to a 3-3.5" lift down the road.
does this seem logical? i just can't come to spending $1000 right now on lift only.

Yup, sound totally logical to me and there's nothing wrong about building up slowly.

I really dont think you need to go with a premium kit, stick with the econo and front track bar. There are people with the spacer kits that are happy with them. I wasn't one of them. The problem I had with the spacer kits is that the axles were off center by about 3/8-1/2 an inch. I added a front track bar which centered the front axle but not the rear. It would wander pretty bad on the highway. If you can live with that then get the spacer kit and save some money. If you want to keep the stock ride the minimum would be the spacer kit with a front and rear adjustable track bar. But then it wouldn't be much more to get the econo kit which comes with end-links and springs. Just trying to help you make a good decision cause I regreted not getting the 3" to start out with.

So how about this... if econo now, and don't get front track, then i would not use front bracket, leave that track as is, but i would use rear bracket, and then i can build up slowly from there.
sorry for so much, but i want to order this today.

Getting just the econo would be better than just the spacer kit. If you don't get the front track bar tho you will want to use the front bracket.
