Tape measure. Measure the width of the center bore of the wheel and width of the axle hub. Hub is your inner diameter and bore is your outer diameter.

The JK hub is 71.5mm. That would be the inside diameter of the ring you get. The outside diameter is dependent on the wheel you select.

There are a bunch of online places that sell hub rigs.

Due all steel wheels need hub centric rings? I just ordered Crager soft 8 15x8 due I need the rings or will the center caps be fine? I thought they were lug centric but it seems the Pro Comp aren't. Mine will be arriving on Wed. should I order or try without?

I'm running the Cragar soft-8 16x8 and do not have the ring, and my wheels have been fine. No shakes other than right after starting out when the tires are cold and slightly out of round. After a few moments, it smooths right out.

Was thinking of getting center caps to protect the axle nut from the NY road salt.
Gorilla Automotive HC216BC, fi you want to look them up.

I would still paint the centers even if you are going to use the caps my centers were rusted after taking the factory 18's off and were completely covered

Wow, this seems pretty inexpensive for the long term benefit. Anyone have an idea on the size ring for Cragar Soft 8's 16x8?
