Be sure to have a professional shop do them. There is a lot of prep work to be done and specific primers to be applied before spraying the plastics that will make it last if your dead set on doing this...

I would do a search on this forum as there have been reports of rocks getting flung up fire the tires and knocking holes in them and rugged ridge denying warranty because they are not meant for cold weather.
I was going to go with them until reading the negative reviews and went with bushwackers instead and I really like the bushwackers and they are solid as a rock.

I have them and love them!
I've wheeled on cold days throwing mud rock and snow at these fenders and have not broken one.
However, if you get below zero, I'm sure any plastic is vulnerable.
