hypertech questions

i have a two door rubicon, auto, 35's, and 5.13 gears. i programed the speed-o and gears. what about the gas, shift timing and fan settings? i live in las vegas, so it's hot. thanks for any input.

I no longer use the Hypertech, but as far as cooling settings go, don't change the temperature without physically replacing the thermostat to a 180 degree T-stat.
