Default I can't fix my wheel alignment!!!

Went offroading. The Jeep Logo is off to the right by about an inch or two. I know how to do a wheel alignment (rotate the drag ling turnbuckle). But I cannot get the steering wheel centered. The logo either dips below the center line, or ends up too high.

Any help?

My toe-in is perfect! There's no problem with the alignment of the wheels/tires.

The steering wheel, however, has to be tilted to the right a little bit by an inch or two in order for the JK to drive straight. If I turn the wheel at center position while driving, the JK veers off to the left.

I'm having problems centering the steering wheel. I don't know how many turns I should turn the drag link turnbuckled in order to realign my steering wheel back to the center position while my tires/wheel are straight.

It is a slow process, it took me 4 attempts to get it just right. Just go slow on the adjustment, drive it, then tweak it again.

I think I got it. How tight should I tighten the bolts? Like, until they can't be tightened any more?
