Default I have an idea... opinions?

I have a black 2012 4-door, and I'm getting the bushwacker pocket fender flares for it, but I just had this idea. What if I got them in the factory color dark cherry red? Would that be cool or too much? If anyone is good with Photoshop that would help. Or should I just go with the matte black?

Since you are looking for opinions, I will give my. Personally, I am old school. I think that tops and fenders should remain black. I am the furthest thing from a fan of the matching hardtops and matching fenders.

x2 I prefer the contrast with black fenders but it's your rig, so in the end, do what you want.

It's pretty much your own taste. However, if you plan to take it on trails I would not paint them unless you are OK with (very evident) scratches, etc. or plan to keep repainting them.

I would also like to see what a red jeep would look like with color match fenders but not the top.

My jeep has trail scratches up and down the side so the fenders might as well match.

I purchased matching top/flares on by BFG JKUR. I think they really look for on the dark colors, but I did pick up a take-off set of non-painted flares for off-road($50 off the classified section). Also, since most of my off-road trips are in the warmer months, my soft top will be on, or down.
