Default I just got my 400p compressor.

But i really couldn't know how i connect with compressor and cable..

I force to put it in.. But i can't

How can i connect?

If it doesn't pop on fairly easily then it is probably the wrong size.

To pop it on you need to pull back on the "sleeve" around the coupler and push the coupler onto the nipple.

I pulled back, but i couldn't !!

Wtf? I bought like viair 400p kit! That the factory packged!!

I did exactly what he said.. pull back sleeve and put it in. first looks fit.. but it comes out when i loose my hand,,,,

Push them pretty hard together with sleeve pulled back.

I did... i can see the coupler contact with end of nipple part..

but when i loose my hand.. it comes out... sigh..

I have to use it for saturday trip!!!

It's a little bit hard to do. Even after many uses, I still don't get it on the first time. But if you do as has been said, it will eventually go on and stay on. It needs to be pushed all the way in, not half way, when you put it on. Maybe let someone else there give it a try.

It will also be easier to connect if the compressor tank has pressure in it. Try running the pump and then follow the same steps. If that still won't work then take a trip to home depot or to the local hardware store and just buy matching coupler and nipple. You can install them in the matter of minutes and then know you have a matching set.

O.. I was thinking try one more time, if it does not work, i'd go irvine where is located viair company
