Need help hunting down a good set of frame roll age and body blue prints with measurements for a 4dr 2011 wrangler, I'm trying to start the design on a new bumper and tail gate that can hold 2-20L jerry cans, a 35x12.5x17" tire and a 20-100lbs propane tank.

I can't seem to find anything with good solid measurements and I'd like to get started on the project asap so please help.

I may not have this completely correct, but I believe if you join the SEMA stuff, then you get access to CAD information on what you're looking for.

A friend of mine does fabrication and I believe that's how he was able to get the info for the JK.

I really don't know much about it. I only know that because I had him do some fab work on my JKU and he used that information for the measurements.

If you look up NalinMFG on facebook (he's big into the TJ scene), that's the fellow and I'm sure if you message him, he'll be happy to give you the info you need to get those CAD files.

Well I didn't think he would give you the CAD files. Rather he would give you the information for you to get them the proper way.
