Question I Need Help With Wheels

Ok so I've been looking for some good wheels for about a week for some 33x12.5 tires (Dick Cepek Mud Country). All I can seem to find are ugly, they wont fit that size tire, or they're not a 5x5 bolt pattern. I'm open to any rim size just as long as they look good! Can anyone give me some ideas please so I can put my 3.5" lift on soon!

What is your budget? I like the Procomp's and that have a large variety.

ya I checked them out. They don't make any good ones that are 15x10, 16x10, 17x10 and i really don't have a budget. I'm really looking for a wheel with a width of 10".

If you are going that wide I would consider beadlocks.

Aside from tire costs....are there any advantages/disadvantages going with 15", 16", 17" with a daily driver/weekend desert/mountain trail kinda rig?

The main concern would be the 15's. Some, not all, have issues rubbing. 16" you will get a little more sidewall when airing down.

So from 16" and up it's mainly just cosmetic. I assume more sidewall is better for the rock crawler so more rubber can flex and wrap around/over a rock?

I guess if you go with a 17" rim you get a built in 1" lift right there alone.

I went with a 17" due to some advice. It gives you a little more interior clearence around the brakes and may prevent items such as twigs and rocks from getting wedged in there. I wanted 16's but it sounded good at the time

Thanks for the help everyone. I think I'm going with the 17x9 Dick Cepek DC-2 Black Wheel! I'll let you know how it works out and post some pics as soon as I get them on!

You do NOT get any more lift out of a 17" rim over a 16" rim.

You just get a tire with a bigger hole in the middle, and shorter sidewalls.
