Default i want to upgrade to 38s

i was wondering what it takes to have 38s, i have 35s now. im wondering if 513 gears and the factory dana 44s is enough to handle them. this is my daily driver, what other upgrades are recommended. this is on a 2 door, any info at all is great. thanks

I don't have 5.13's yet but that is what I will be going with. I am going to sleeve and gusset my dana 44 also. Here is a vid to help you if you decide to go this way. I believe this will be good gearing for my 37's+

for 38's, i would say that the bare minimum would be to have a dana 44 front that is gussetted up and running chromoly shafts. in the rear, chromoly shafts would be needed as well. 5.13's will do the job fine and as mentioned, will bring your performance close to stock.
