Identify Rubicon Express JK Coil Springs

Hello

Anyone can help me to identify this Rubicon Express Coils?

This are the printed part numbers on the coils:

FRONT
0717 RM60430C
RM 60460-68817

REAR
0717 RM60435D
RM 60475-68817

If possible i want to know the lift in inches of each coil and if they are designed for JKU rubicon or not.
