Those look like powder coated Eagle Alloy SERIES 102's. That style wheel is made by a few different manufacturers (Weld, etc), but I have only seen polished and chrome. That is why I think they are PCd

They are wheels made of crack cocaine, there were 6 of them but he smoked one.
