It says right in the picture discription that they are
17" Hutchinson Beadlock Wheels (argent)

That's cool I've never seen hub-mounted toddlers like that before!

...I also wonder what that human rock slider will look like once it's mounted up

Oh, that's the new impact absorbing tod-lock wheels made by Graco. I hear they make a ton of noise at highway speeds.

I've got three of them, fourth is on order - They say it's going to take 9 months!! I mean 9 MONTHS!! I see these things everywhere!! It just shouldn't be that difficult.
