Default Idle problem

When im in N and at a light or just running the engine it idles really strange. It goes below 1rpm and starts to shake a little then it spikes up to 1 1/2 rpms and then it kind of repeats.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Ive had this forever as well on my 09 i believe there was a recall on the 08 spark plugs. I cleaned my throttle body and it did nothing. I believe it could be my plugs but i have not gotten around to changing them yet.

I changed my plugs about 6 months ago and it seemed to stop for a little while, but now its back and getting worst. I'm thinking about doing the plugs and wires this weekend.

Mine only seems to do it on really hot days no matter if ac is on or not . I scaned for codes and nothing usually if i just rev it up a few hundred rpm it will come back to normal idle almost like a stickin iac motor or tps mayb but no codes so i just let it go.
