looks like im probably going to end up with #2, what do you guys feel is the limit is for a jeep and wheel size? I plan on 35 inch tires but what about the wheel? Im thinking i want 18's

i did a little photochoppin of my own... i didnt realise the snow until i was almost done lol

lots of theories on rim sizes. more rim = less sidewall flex = better control at speed.
= less traction offroad (doesnt flex as much, airing down wouldnt be as effective, etc.)

For me, the big one is price (as i dont do extreme speeds, or extreme trails (yet))

The larger the rim, the price on rubber goes up dramatically.

I can get really good 16" tires and a decent set of rims, for the same price as just the same rubber in 17" to fit my stockers. I am unsure which way i will go. i want to keep my stockers, i happen to like the way they look (i know, i am weird) but for the same price, i can get a set fully mounted on some nice steelies.

you stole my rims! and my snow!!

the rims are 4.75 back spacing..

Check out 4wd hardwares catalog, there on a silver JK, the giveaway jeep..
